Terms and Conditions
for a Commission

Accepted Commissions

 

When the commission is accepted, you will receive an e-mail with an invoice containing a non-refundable 50% deposit. We will discuss the commission through chat or video call so I can get a clearer picture of your idea. You will then receive a simplified version of the design through images or video, and you can make changes until you are satisfied.

What is the commission process?

After the artist accepts the commission and the deposit is received, the client will receive images or a video of a simplified 3d model of the commissioned design within 2-4 days. Any revisions

​given in this stage is not counted as one of the given free revisions. 

Once the go-ahead is given by the client for the artist to start finalizing the commission, there will be 2 free revisions given from this stage onwards. If you wish to make further amendments, each revision is of a €5 charge that will be added to the final invoice.

Who owns the rights to the artworks?

When sending the commission form, kindly state if you intend to reproduce or use it commercially. If so, we can draft an agreement so both parties are happy.
 
 
Shipping
The prices for a commission do not include shipping costs as it can be sent to the client digitally. Kindly state in the commission form if you would like the 3d model to be printed, and also include the desired size. 
Payment methods
Payments are accepted by PayPal, Revolut, or Bank Transfer.
