My order hasn't been dispatched yet.

Products usually take around 4 days to be shipped and might take longer to arrive. The client will be notified when the order is shipped.

Can I return the product I purchased?

Luna Labs is a very small business and all artworks are created with love and care, therefore all items are final once they are shipped.

 

 

The product arrived damaged/was stolen.

Damaged artwork: If the product has arrived damaged, we will issue a replacement for you. Please provide adequate details, images, and documentation of the damage.

 

Lost or stolen: If your package is marked 'Delivered' but is nowhere to be found, please first check your confirmation email to ensure that you provided the correct shipping address. We are unable to replace any orders for free if the shipping address is incorrect. If you believe that the order has been stolen, please provide evidence of the matter so we can arrange to have a replacement sent out to you.
